hai mam, mere chenne se pani puri tarah se seprate nahi ho pata hai. mai at least 2hr tak isse hang out karti hoon, 2-3hr baad bhi isse mash karne par ye sticky hota hai, aur sugars thin syrup me daalne par ye flat ho jate hai, please help

after adding maida, you said we are suppose to add semolina too but you havent mentioned it in the ingredients in description. what is the quantity that needs to be added?
