Accidental Fully auto AK47

I know this is an old video but for the uninformed who will stumble on the video: this "mishap" is called bump firing, and this is why you need to be educated on how the firearm operates beforehand to avoid a tragedy.

She bump fired it unintentionally because of her crappy trigger reset control. Instead of holding trigger down and slowly releasing after firing to listen for a reset, she’s immediately letting go. This, plus recoil and finger quickly back on trigger = bump fire.
