About our forum presenter:

Marjie Bland is the Founder and Principal at Inspired Connections, LLC and serves as Senior Consultant with Taproot Foundation. Bland has worked with a large portfolio of companies and their in-house Corporate Social Responsibility teams to design programs and initiatives that build nonprofit infrastructure, improve employee engagement, and provide meaningful connections between nonprofits and corporate partners. With a specific focus on pro bono programming, Bland has coached both nonprofits and corporations on how to foster mutually beneficial partnerships, meet corporate and nonprofit goals, and direct resources to where they’re most needed.

With more than 15 years in the nonprofit sector, Bland has worked at the intersection of people and change for HandsOn Central Ohio (formerly FIRSTLINK), the Points of Light organization, and strategic consulting firm Common Impact. She is a frequent trainer and presenter.
