In Quebec, you can go to jail if you eat cottage cheese with you hand. Just saying.
ОтветитьWant to make a movie with me? I already have a story written out and story board.
ОтветитьFix the lav mic to the clothes not the person to mitigate most of the rustling.
ОтветитьHello, I purchased the 7ryms wireless microphones, but I am having trouble with the audio. I uploaded the audio to my phone and it sounds very low even when it's not on safety mode. Is that normal?
ОтветитьFind someone qualified and pay them as little as possible because their skills are worth their weight in gold. Riiiight.
ОтветитьYou can just rent all that shit.
Save it for the post sound editor/mixer. Don’t listen to anyone who tells you to do your post audio in the NLE. Hire a real post sound person to do it in pro tools. Get a 5.1 mix. Post sound is crucial for a quality final product. It can look a little janky but if it sounds a little janky people will ignore it.
I'm debating just shooting with no sound and putting it all in after the fact.
ОтветитьThat cottage cheese bit was absolutely diabolical.
ОтветитьHe looks like a 50s greaser.
ОтветитьThis is definitely what I was looking for, I watched many tutorials before I found this. This is quite helpful to me, appreciate you mahn❤
ОтветитьIf I wanted to connect the DJI mics to my recorder will I need to have receiver for each mic so they can have their on track? (New to this)
Ответитьomg lol the key fridge thing got me
Ответитьquick question what is the top handle and plate you have on the DR-70? I’m looking for something like that so I can attach an external battery pack but I can’t find anything.
ОтветитьHey, what's up? I've got a question about lav mics. When you have one of those kits, where you have two transmitters and one reveiver. When you plug it in the external recorder, can you still manage the gain from the two transmitters independently, or is it that when you try to monitor and adjust the gain levels while shooting, it affects both transmitters simultaneously?
ОтветитьFor the lav mics you can use fabric tape and tape it to the shirt instead of the skin. You will get less friction noise in the final result. I also use the sennheiser 600 . Its a great mic. Awesome video.
ОтветитьGood job! Really enjoyed this. Very useful tips.
ОтветитьDo you ever use timecode in your production?
ОтветитьAnother tip, eat your yogurt with your hands (preferably out the jar) so you don't have to wash any dishes later
ОтветитьAnyone experienced live recording sound while shooting with help recorder
Can you name it,which is the best
It's an nice video and I did learn a lot but .... I disagree: a great film is not a great album - it's a great film.
ОтветитьMel Brooks can!
ОтветитьGood acting... Good cinmotograpy.... Nice editing.... Super.. Story....🎉 conrats bro.....
ОтветитьGood info! One thing tho, please do not record to your camera’s audio and use it as a main source😅that is a big no no in production. There’s many inexpensive ways to record audio today that would make ur projects pop. I’m a one man band often and can’t mix all the time so I needed reliable audio to have when I shoot. Camera audio is the weakest form of audio u can use. And is mainly just used for syncing or the occasional background ambience for certain things
ОтветитьYep, they're right, sound is everything.
Sometimes I think we're wired to notice sound even more so than visual.
Those Tascam recorders really punch way above their weight for the price that's asked. I've got the 60D Mkii and it's the best bit of audio kit I got to complement my camera setup, although I really do like the slimline profile of the 70D and might try and do a swap one day...
ОтветитьThis video saved my day. So therapeutic and sincere. Onwards to more positive horizons…
ОтветитьAwesome Tips! I’m setting up everything, including audio, for my first feature length film, and I’m doing it on a BEYOND STRAPPED BUDGET. These tips and tricks are going to help me save money and still make my film. 🎥
Thanks!
hi, so, I don’t have any external recording equipments but have two cameras and one sony on camera shotgun, what if I just throw one set on a monopod, will that work similarly as a boom?
ОтветитьThe last resort is to Dub and sync.....
ОтветитьJust to clarify, the shotgun mic is actually the venerable Sennheiser ME 66
ОтветитьAny professional mic is cinematic after u import the audio to Adobe audition... U only need to know two effects... Hard limiter and normalize... In that order
ОтветитьGood stuff! Thanks for sharing!
ОтветитьVery Excellent, Thanks my Brother!! Instant subscribe. 😎
ОтветитьVery Cool Info
ОтветитьI currently have the "Rode Videomic Go II" as my shotgun mic for budget reasons.. but I am going to buy the "Rode Wirless Pro" very soon. should I pull the trigger on those? and will I be able to get 32 bit float if I connect my videomig go ii into the wireless pro?
might sound stupid but I'm new to audio and still have much to learn.. thanks in advance.
Audio in this video sucks
ОтветитьSound is more important than the cinematography. I haven't heard that in a long time.
But you are exactly right. If people can't hear it they aren't going to watch it, at least not for very long.
Please talk about picomic gear microphone
ОтветитьHuh, I didn't know they exported actual Greek yogurt to the States! Cheers from Greece! Got some nice ideas from your vid!
ОтветитьNeeded this
ОтветитьHi! How did you make your shotgun wireless? What was the cable?
ОтветитьThank you. Keep sharing more content 🎉
