ОтветитьThe marinade is amazing, but unfortunately I hated the taste of lamb. To me, it tasted very pungent 😢 I didn't grow up eating lamb, and I've only tasted it twice (my first time was at a dumpling resto, and I hadn't liked it either). Anyway, I'll try this on chicken or on another protein.

For ease of memory, the spices for the marinade are garam masala, allspice, cinnamon and cayenne, salt, pepper and garlic and worstershire sauce. Yoghurt, oil.

ОтветитьGarlic only gives you heartburn if you don’t cook it. Which a lot of people in America do these days. Other than that this is a lot of time for not that much return. Look up Indian tandoori lamb and get it done in two hours with much more flavor.

Ответить200 Degrees internal temperature? Why not cook shoe leather instead? Lamb should be an internal temperature of 130-135 for medium rare or 140-145 for medium tops. Any higher and it is boiled chicken. Sad.
