Hey Jeff, I started watching your videos last week and undoubtedly they're really helpful, especially the ones with shortcuts, templates and time management (I had been wondering what the snooze button in Gmail is for ages !). Thanks for taking time making those videos. However, I'll have to ask if and when you delete emails, as you don't mention deleting emails but instead always archiving them.

If I may add, I deleted my To Do app and replace it with my Outlook inbox. I combined the Inbox Zero method, and pool all my To Do into my inbox (sending email to myself "TODO - send RFQ to Vendor A".

Jeff, I LOVED your saying in this video: "I stopped stressing in finding the "best at" tool and sticking to one"... Powerful indeed. This is what I've been doing this first week of 2024, is focusing on eliminating unneeded newsletters, following million accounts on social media or podcasts that I never listen to and moving my note taking, tasks, projects etc... to Notion instead of using 3 or 4 apps.

I also switched to Edge browser from Chrome - it saves me a ton of time in getting the right information or summarizing articles without a need to open a new tab.

one thing that was life-changing for me was to always actually time myself - how many pages i get read per hour, what mobile phone habits waste most time (in my case, news 45m, social media 20m). Amazing how inaccurate our assumptions can be

Recovery slot: when i still had periods, i had to block out one day a month (could be any, but block in one and move it) for exhaustion. I have since learned that replacing an entire major organ burns double your normal calories & women are just hangry lol
