For me and my skin type, I like doing the timeless way. I find when I do it this way my makeup looks more natural to my facial structure compared with the trendy side.

How you contour your lips will depend on your lips and where you need volume if you have a high full cupids bow area and you contour it more leaving the sides without volume it doesn’t look right

I am in my sixties and as i watched the transformation i realized that when i was young my eyes naturally had the look of the trendy side. All i saw was the heaviness of that inner eyelid and i tried to make my eyes round. We always want what we don't have!

Classic by far. The luminosity of the trendy is beautiful though. Only that in my opinion.

There’s a little appeal to the lifted eye, But the timeless is absolutely more appealing for daily life. Just a women looking fresh & beautiful! I think if you have extremely thin lips & don’t want lip injections the over-lining the lips may help. But if you have nice shaped lips over-lining looks so fake in my opinion. Even if you get injections you don’t want it to look obvious do you? Overall the make-up trends of today are great photos shoots, stage & performances ( I’m a performer) but to me in todays world it hard to tell a real women from a Drag Queen, though I’m fine with drag Queens! Just thinking why would a women want to look like a man in “drag” it makes no sense to me. Thank you for your videos!

Matt’s and CT Rose cream shadow I would never have thought I could wear those colours but they work so well. Tell me how to stop shadow drop through the day into the smile lines under my outer eye. Do all the concealer and simple powder setting tricks but the shadow still creates those bags which I hate. So I tend not to use anything on lower lashes except nude liner on the water line. You are amazing and gifted with they way you share your knowledge. Huge thanks

I prefer the ease of timeless, and for me timeless is quicker to get out the door most mornings . I do apply my eyeshadow using the trendy method. I find that it lifts my eyes.

Timeless/Angelic vs. Trendy/haughty. I liked both depending on my mood. Fact: I want to try both soon. My makeup is the easiest I've taught myself. I have watched many makeup tutorials and hope to learn more about applying makeup. Fact: I always end up with the one I've taught myself.🤩☺😍

My grandmother went to beauty school. She taught my mother how to do her makeup exactly the way she did, and my mother taught me. So I have always done, I suppose, the more 1950s style of makeup. My friends would make fun of me when they would see me do my makeup without all the trendy products and brushes and sponges and such. They spent a ton of money and a ton of time on their makeup, and would constantly be buying new products and tools. But time and time again people would come up to me and tell me how flawless my makeup looked.

I think the trendy one is more fun to see blended out for mass audience views on social media, but as you demonstrated, it doesn’t compare with classic proper application. Both are equally acceptable....personal opinion will always differ but my point of view is classic way of makeup is forever and there is no harm trying new sometimes...thanks
