I’m in Gen Z, and although at times I’m way more articulate than everyone else, I still understand their language. The reason why it’s so weird is for 2 main reasons: 1, literally everything is a reference to a meme, and our humor is completely broken. 2, we hate talking to people so we try to shorten common phrases down to a few letters, like oof, L, F, and GG
