Sorry to add this onto an older video, but it's a Vexels question. I just had a brief look around the whole Vexels' Merch Store and Merch Maker tools they've added, and was almost instantly overwhelmed by how one goes about setting up a store there. I did manage to pick a name and vexels url for my store, then my brain sort of shut down trying to figure out the rest, and I've set up different online stores so I'm not a total novice. Anyway, I was hoping you'd do a video or even a series on this whole new aspect of Vexels that they've introduced. Thanks in advance!!
ОтветитьIt’s not free
ОтветитьHello pal,
The problem with vexels is that the day I want to cancel my subscription I lose the right to market all my designs that I created with them, for example if I have 200 or more designs selling I lose everything and go back to square one.
I'm trying to use it, but it looks like it's not free anymore. Can anyone confirm this? Or mybe I'm doing something wrong😅. Thanks a lot!
ОтветитьJust curious. Where does your pronunciation of the word, "Various" come from?
Ответитьthanks for all the information, very helpful, seems you cant try vexels out for free anymore
ОтветитьCan i use therapy word in my design? U r saying Not use in listings .. plz ans me bro ❣️
ОтветитьHi Philip, Your videos are a light in the dark...even if seeing how good you are puts me off :-) Thanks for your work. I have a question: I take as an example the expression "home is" which is covered by copyright. Can it be used in longer sentences like "home is where I feel happy"? Sorry for the trivial question but I'm now starting my experience with print on demand. Thanks
ОтветитьHello, thank you for all your valuable videos. I would like to know if the Etsy algorithm recognizes copyrighted words, such as the word "therapy," even if it's just printed on the shirt but not included in the title and description. Does the algorithm recognize text from an image? Additionally, I would like to know what happens if a trademark is registered after the listing is published. Should I periodically check all my listings on tmhunt? Thanks again for your valuable contribution. I'm eagerly hoping for your response.
ОтветитьCan we use this for commercial
Ответитьoh no :( i don't think it's free anymore lol
ОтветитьHello. As a note from someone who owns several trademarks; you cannot own the exclusive rights to a commonly used word as therapy hence why there are tons of uses of the word in several word marks even those specifically for t-shirts. When we submit a mark with a common word there is a line that says we understand that we are not claiming the sole use of that word. My lawyer points this out everything we submit a trademark with a common word. You can of course confirm this with any trademark lawyer.
ОтветитьGreat video. Please where do you get your mockups? I love them
Ответитьit's NOT FREE and pretty price for AI with so many other similar tools being free
ОтветитьIts already asking for payment
Ответитьas of today it is no longer free.. :(
ОтветитьChatGPT can do tons of phrases.
ОтветитьNo free trials :(
ОтветитьVexels isn't free
ОтветитьThe tool is not free. I have registered myself and it didn’t allowed me to try it before I chose a plan. No free trial at all! And they offered me to sell them for 25% discount, which is the purpose of this video actually
ОтветитьThere is no trial period =/
Ответитьyou cant even try the generator out with out a subscritption. Why did you even make this video?
ОтветитьIt ask to have a subscription 🤥
ОтветитьI've seen the brand THERAPY. It's usually embedded in their clothing in the tag. I don't think using words like that in a sentence outside their trademark or different contextualization would get you into trouble. Such as Coffee Therapy with the image of a coffee cup would already imply it has nothing to do with their branding. I would only think something like this would apply if you tried to start another clothing company and called it THERAPY, then they might find out and come after you. Even if it's just a picture of someone laying on a beach with the word Therapy under it, that would also imply it has nothing to do with the company THERAPY. I could be wrong, but I think in a practical sense this is how it would work.
ОтветитьCan’t wait to try this!
Ответитьwill generate always different ?? is posible to coming 2 of the same ???
Ответитьall this is free for trademark ??? comercial use ??
Ответитьwhat about the copyright
ОтветитьSo good mate, thanks for sharing all this content 🙏
ОтветитьI will try this. I draw my own stuff but I never know what to write on it 😂😂😂. Thanks ❤
ОтветитьI stressing about theft so much, i have heard horrors of how people are stealing others art work and it just isn't enough because there are multiple businesses stealing the same design and it takes alot of hassle to report a single seller.
ОтветитьThis trademark information is false
ОтветитьI like , after some generations, you will get the same over and over again, Naturally, there are limitations to this
ОтветитьWhat a great tool! Thanks for this helpful walk through. I appreciate the real-life examples of how you would use this to create t-shirt designs. And capybaras!? Who would have thought of that?!
ОтветитьHi!
Great video!
I have a question-if we use quotes that are unique on platforms like Redbubble or Teespring, do we still have chances to be found in search results? If yes, how do we set our keywords such that we can be listed and found easily?
Very cool! I joined using your link to try it out as I am working on several modified public domain images that have speech bubbles which are now empty... so I want to put things in them but tired and running from office to laundry room periodically so distracted. :P Thanks for this video. - Heidi
ОтветитьSounds like a great quote generator however when I type in my niche only 16 designs are found and some aren’t even related to my niche. It’s great as it means my niche hasn’t gained traction yet but also means I have to create my own designs and risk in the future having them stolen.
ОтветитьIf they can literally just trademark a whole word that's ridiculous
ОтветитьI use ChatGPT 4 and it has given me great t shirt design quotes.
ОтветитьReally cool tool to try out. 😎 Thank you.❤️
ОтветитьThat's pretty weird (trademarks & copyrights). So if I come up with a slogan saying "I need hug and cuddle therapy" I cannot use it because the word "therapy" is trademarked? So in theory I could go out there and trademark words like "love", "peace", "unicorn" just to make other designer miserable 🙄
ОтветитьIsnt it bad for your own sales if you tell us those really easy ways to produce mass of tshirt designs to sell? the competition will raise so much with every of those how to do videos
ОтветитьIt's a free 2 week sign up before you have to pay. You clearly already knew that, but lied about it.
ОтветитьA very fun tool, thanks for sharing.
ОтветитьThis is pretty awesome. I have so many cool midjourney designs I know will sell well, but have a hard time getting funny sayings to match it has be tough. The text generator helps a lot
ОтветитьThank you very much for sharing this. You are a boss!! 😍👍 But why Amazon is very strict on words? Oh my.... In a few years amazon will prohibit and will not allow people to even speak words. This called "violation of free speech"... 🙊Better Stay away from Amazon right? and Who owns the word "Therapy" anyway? One request... Can you make a video of which are the Top 3 Print-On-Demand websites for you? 😘
ОтветитьDoesn't trademark work for a whole phrase? Like if "capyabaras are my therapy" isn't trademarked as a whole phrase is the trademark on the word "therapy" alone actually valid?
ОтветитьIs this feature powered by Chat GPT?
ОтветитьGreat tool
