This combo of the two songs blew me away. I would love a full version of Pure Imagination though.
ОтветитьMan these guys are good!
Ответитьsome sublime harmonies; though obviously more than four people singing live! and too much autotune... but good job :)
Ответитьif they are using any auto tune its very minimal...auto tune + vibrato doesnt mix.. i know this to be true...they are just naturally that spot on !!!..so stop hatin sir!!
ОтветитьThis is amazing !
Ответить@jacobmusicvibe no autotune, no added voices. I've heard them more than a dozen times live since they began almost 20 years ago using no bg/drum sounds besides their own beatboxing. Nothing has changed in their sound since. I'm a music TEACHER, college-trained in aural skills (picking voicings apart to dictate up to 8 parts, passing each class with As. 4 men with incredible voices. Until you've had my level of training and qualifications, please keep your ignorant, jealous hater mouth shut.
ОтветитьYESSSSS!!!!!!! Sounds Awesome!!
ОтветитьPardon my ignorance, but what is Autotune, and what is the big deal about it?
ОтветитьThis is pleasant, but I agree with others that the obvious "stage tricks" are distracting. The pitch correction is heavy, and I don't see the point of a 4-man group doing arrangements live with 6 (and more) part harmony.
ОтветитьCompare defenelly is Autotune watch?v=kzqbtOPo-Qc
Ответитьso beautiful!
Ответить@Randi Heisler, you may be a music teacher, but they do use auto tune, you can hear it! Having qualifications means absolutely nothing if you're wrong when it comes to applying your 'excellent' aural skills.
ОтветитьGuys, I've used plenty of pitch correction. Vibrato and auto tune does work, and quite well. And any moron, including trained teachers can see that there are more voices here, I mean really guys, it can't even be debated, duh...but that's not saying they aren't amazing it's just let's call a spade a spade. Don't forget, auto tune is a sweetener, u still have to sing pretty great...
ОтветитьSo, did they do the whole concert in playback?
Ответитьi can hear the autotune bc of drake and joshs scene change music
ОтветитьIt's great!!
ОтветитьNo need to argue at all. they are not singing live
Ответитьmagnifique ! thx
ОтветитьLove this harmony! You guys are great!
ОтветитьBest medley ever :')
ОтветитьAs good as their sound is, tell me they're not dubbing in other voices! Four guys trying to sound like eight. Those harmonies are just too complex for four voices. It's a piece of cake to pull off, with some good studio overdubbing and timing between sound man and singers. Hey, BLENDERS, 'fess up. Sounds like another Milli Vanilli! Make me a liar! Dae Hwan Hwang from 8 months ago nailed it, too. See below.
Ответитьplay back
Ответитьbest and warm . i love it . awesome!!!
ОтветитьLove these guys
ОтветитьNicely done.😎
Ответитьhence that's why they are called The Blenders
ОтветитьThey're the Blenders, I get that. But where's Marty the Rabbit Boy?
ОтветитьAuto--tune and lip-synchronize. I still love the sound.
ОтветитьTHE MOST SURREAL VOICES EVER
ОтветитьTheirs no autotune, you gotta know how to combine voices to create beauty to hear in you ears , they are professional accapella singers ,
ОтветитьJust saw them do this in concert last weekend and they were fantastic, just like always.
ОтветитьThis is just 4 guys that have mastered the skill of autotune, pitch correction and playback, three things that can make a flock of seagulls sound like Josh Groban.
ОтветитьPure silk- that’s all
ОтветитьHoly Cow!!! They sound exactly like they do on their CD of this song!! It's rare that happens in live a cappella groups.
ОтветитьMuch like the Do You Hear What I Hear video, this is just the album audio played over video of their live performance. I've got both playing simultaneously and they are identical. Not even a syllable out of place.
ОтветитьThe Blenders - Originally from Fargo, North Dakota,
The four members of The Blenders - Tim Kasper, Ryan Lance, Darren Rust and Allan Rust (replacing original member Paul Dunkirk) - built up their fan base on the strength of a primarily a cappella singing style. Although their music in recent years has included instrument-backed recordings, there has always been a focus on The Blender's own style of vocal-based harmonies. The group has toured the U.S. with such acts as Jay Leno, Howie Mandel, Savage Garden, Jonny Lang, Blues Traveler, Chicago, The Righteous Brothers, Lou Rawls and Chuck Berry.[4]
They have appeared on a variety of national and regional television shows including The Arsenio Hall Show, The Today Show and Crook and Chase on TNN. Their music has been used for films such as The Perfect Holiday and Nothing Like the Holidays.[4] Albums usually include some of their own original songs, plus covers of music that ranges from standards to decidedly non-traditional fare. They have recorded for four different labels: Cowtown Records, Primarily A Cappella, Orchard Lane Records (A former division of the Musicland Group) and Universal Records. Their release for Orchard Lane was co-produced by former member of Prince (musician)'s New Power Generation, Levi Seacer, Jr.
Been my staple diet all through Christmas :}
ОтветитьYour Christmas album is one of the only two Christmas albums I listen to every winter holiday season. I love your music!
ОтветитьLovely 6 part harmonies!
