Grease Pencil 3 0 for Blender 4.0 is LIVE (Experimental)

I am not a Grease Pencil expert but I hope there is better support for using and manipulating bitmaps while retaining their detail. Adobe Animate is pretty good at that. But Animate doesn't have Geometry Nodes and being able to mix bitmap manipulation with nodes would be a major feature.

So good! This is a long awaited re-write.
What I have read is that you can have proper shadows cast, use blender materials, have geometry nodes support and so much more new features implemented! Can't wait!
