I have the hglrc batman 220, and I want to buy the FrSky Taranis X9D remote, Is the remote good for this drone?

i like the colors. thinking to by two: rock monster and/or the blazing skull

Yes. I know the that the X9D SE 2019 now supports crossfire and Multiprotocol and charges through usb, but it's twice the price of the T16 pro and hahaha, FrSky can shoot themselves in the foot .

Can’t you charge the transmitter with the mini usb cable that is included?

I'll stick to my Jumper T16 Pro.

Not going to change out from my x10s but thanks for sharing and as a tip the new roller will be the first thing to give if its anything like the spectrum ones of years past... don't push to hard.

Frsky should make it easy to use whatever protocol we want. Not play games with us. Like having to mod my QX7 to get the most out of Crossfire. There are other options, good ones. If my QX7 craps out on me I'll be checking out the jumper T16.

FRSky confusion! Got my 1st quad (Mobula7) with an SPI receiver on the FC. Uses D8 (protocol) but can choose 1-8 channels or 1-16 channels, but not D16? WHat's the difference? Also confusing - the telemetry variables like VFAS and RSSI - VFAS comes on my full telemetry receivers on the 8th slot, but on the Mobula in the 19th slot, even when selecting only 1-8 channels! WHat's up? And why are they different on my Fatshark screen vs. the Taranis telemetry screen (yes I can get them closer using the telemetry screen offset, but why aren't they the measured the same)? And I get RSSI even with the BF RSSI disabled! ANY help appreciated!

I would like to buy a new radio but this is like a half baked cookie. no D8 no Crossfire?!

Thanks Albert! So many features (no one asked for) and really don't get why they won't allow D8 in firmware for legal issues (supposedly) but then sell a module to allow it?

There alot misinformation an wrong info in this video. My came Crossfire am multi-protocol ready. It charges through the USB port in the back.

The battery charging port on the new model is done through the USB port on the back, the power button turns green to indicate it’s charging.

2020 version in 2020 with ACCTESS protocol...
