Instagram Video Chat Icon Not Showing Fix | Instagram Video Call Problem Solution

i have two IG account, one of them not showing video chat icon on my laptop. but its showing on my smartphone. and my other IG not problem it still showing video chat icon both on my smartphone and my laptop. what can i do to fix that ?

There is no option to minimise video chat screen
