How to Enable USB Ports that Are Blocked by Administrators

Dude I used HidHide to block the duplication of my generic control and now it has blocked all the usb inputs of my pc what do I do? Can you help me?

I tried but the malware always blocks me using my user account
Every works is blocked with user account
My user account can't be changed

My internal (laptop) keyboard and touchpad is off. I use external but today it was also blocked. It is continuously showing external keyboard and mouse are blocked by system administrator.
Now both my internal and external are off. I can't run my pc. Please suggest me what can I do now?
