ОтветитьMy first workout doing this and I completely struggled which is normal. Now I’m grateful. I feel exhausted but I’m glad that I am because I know what I need to do thank you for making this 20min video. Took me about 45 mins to complete the first time.

I ve following since you were in the Air Force. Just realized a few days after all that time ago I haven't subscribed 🤦🏾♂️.
Well the question is, just in case I'm not criticizeing, I honestly wish to know.
The mayor it's of your "full body work outs" are 85-95% legs effort base and at the end I just feel the "burn"❤️🔥 in my legs and not my "full body".
For example this video "15 minute full body work out" but the only thing we did not use full leg strength was in the 2 minute work out, the sit ups.
Do legs exercise work more body fat then actually full body exercise?
It's not a critic, I just started exercising 2 months ago with your videos and already seen the difference. I just want to understand.
