Are the 4 different 6-week programs for different levels? Are they basically all the same? Is there one program that would be best to start with? THANK YOU

ОтветитьHi, I am starting this programme on next Monday. I am quite new to this stuff and do workout for the last 2 months almost daily, without dumbells. Is it OK to go with 16.5 lbs (each) dumbells for that? Isn't it too much, or too low for me? Thanks for the response and thanks for great videos!!!

2 rounds with a calorie controlled diet and trying to maintain at least 10000 steps per day.
Lost on average 1lb per week and getting comments (good!) from people.
Hoping to hit my target weight by day 42.
Put the routine into Microsoft to-do to remind me!
