Xbox One X Low Resolution Mode / Fix No Signal / Black Screen

My xbox turns on doing this then turns off :/ threw my xbox out because of it

I got mine played maybe 13 hrs in all these yrs. I got a projector tested it. Looks sick on 92 inches. Had no time since work to play for a momth or so. Tried to put on recently. Soind no picture wtf shits brand new just about

After the xbox one screen comes up my screen just goes black

Doesn't work it just turns the console on no menu, no beeping no matter how long I hold it. I guess they just want people to buy a new xbox nothing else...

I press both the buttons when powering up but mine doesn't make that noise, it just makes both the power and the noise from the other button at the same time.
