ОтветитьI just found this video, ive tried everything to help my wrists recover but ive been in pain for years from damaging them, particularly the left one. Im able to use about 50% of my strength most of the time and its very hindering and frustrating. I did this for a few minutes and it does seem to help. Still definitely pain and weakness, but it helped.

ОтветитьDoctors, thank you both. I took a fall while out walking the end of January this year and caught myself with flat hands. After some initial discomfort, thought I was doing ok, but for the last few months, man …… they’ve decided (both wrists) to begin acting up causing me much more pain than before. So much so, I’m seeing doc tomorrow. So glad I found your site. Will work with your exercises. You have a new subscriber!!!

I got two good cracks and some relief right away.
I was doing a bunch of neck flossing and such to trying to get relief without success for a week

I was having pain in my right wrist the last few days every time I bent my hand forward, and I thought that maybe just rest would make it go away, but today I got fed up and found this video. Now my wrist feels almost completely normal when I bend it! Thanks, Bob and Brad!!!
ОтветитьI was born with an abnormally large bump on both my wrists. Basically the bone is popping out of my arm around the wrists. These have always caused me pain with any and all excersises I do. And being a construction worker, it’s had its affects on me over the years. This, this relieved so much pain. Thank you!

ОтветитьI smashed my wrist twice trying to catch myself from falling second time hurt it so bad I couldn't move it for 2 weeks went to the doctors said they didn't know what was wrong with it did a scan all that never figured it out said I should be good just let it heal it's been 3 and a half years and it still feels like my wrist need to crack all the time hurts when I play basketball , fight I can't even extend it back any suggestions? Did I pinch a nerve ?
