do I send emails and dms on the page's account or do I try to find the decision maker if I should outreach to the decision maker how do I find them, normally the finder or the owner of the gym will not be the one who is managing the gym and making decisions?

I thought the video was nice, but I kind of don't agree with that you have to switch niches when going into a road block, I think this leads ultimately to niche jumping and being all over the place, but I guess it depends what the road block is, and I could see that someone could get great success from just switching and finding the right niche. I'm not and expert, far from that, I would love to hear more of your opinion on this.
