ОтветитьThe engeeering of an Airfyer is such that all holes in the baking basked are needed to ensure corect airflow.
When you use silicon mats, foil ect. you stuff the holes and therefore no longer have a hot air cirulation.
Causing an insufficient use of the machine.
There are some benefits using foil/mats ect. but the trade offs are that the machine will not perform at its best.
This is literally the only video I can find that recommends to use foil to catch the drippings from UNDER the crisping plate. I don't understand why those silicone things are used because you need the holes for the grease to drip through, and then something to catch it underneath will make cleanup faster. But literally nobody else is doing it this way?? Why?
