Not that it really matters, but the human Barbie got her daughter vouchers for surgery when she turns 18. The little girl did not yet get surgery.

The little girl DIDN'T get a boob job, she got a voucher for future surgery as an adult, it's still very wrong, but different. No Dr would do that, though some have done teen surgery, which isn't much better, & sends a harmful message. They don't add or remove anything from a child, unless it's life threatening, like cancer. Rarely kids can have breast or reproductive cancers requiring removal to survive. I know of a 6yr old who'd breast cancer requiring a double mastectomy before other treatments. 1 child people were told had it bc of gender, & though she may someday need it, they don't do such surgery till adulthood. The family knows she may want surgery & accepts this, they are focused on encouraging her to love herself regardless.
