VLOGMAS 2024! coffee cakes, how/why we chose our daughter's name... & we are unhinged lol

My family Coffee Cake recipe:

1 1/2 sticks of butter
1 1/2 cups of sugar
3 eggs (add one at a time)
3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
16 oz. sour cream

Topping:
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
2 TBSP cinnamon

In an electric mixer, cream butter and sugar first. Add eggs in one at a time. Then add the dry ingredients. Then add sour cream and vanilla. Mix everything together. In a greased loaf pan, put half of the batter in, then sprinkle topping mixture, then add the other half of batter, then add the rest of the topping. Cook for one hour at 350°F.
