Does update_all....update itself? So it will continue to download new cores as they come out these days?

I've got the mistercade running on my astro city. I'm trying to figure out how to do the vertical swap like you did with ddp without swapping my actual screen into tate mode (first world problems i know). 15khz jamma setup

What are the mra files? I am a new user and i just set up my mister with the update all script. However, none of the arcade cores work, what should I do?

Awesome video! Thanks! So I should be getting my mister fpga soon! Just to be sure. The updateall function adds all the games and roms to the SD card or do I have to add them manually? And what about the PSX core which was released, I need to add games manually? Thanks!

let's talk seriously, it is a project actually of automatic piracy , downloading roms automatically along with updates , strange no company opposes the mister yet ! emulators have suffered so much development because of piracy, and the mister mysteriously nobody says anything, very strange.and extensive positive reviews on various channels! paid maybe? something strange is happening.

Does it re-download and over write everything every time? or just downloads updates and new files on repeat runs? because it took over 3 hours the first time

You skipped showing what the llapi updater does. Which was the main reason I came to this video.

merci for this video...especially the ability to go into the settings is very interesting. i read that you are using 256 gb card, mine is only 64gb...do you know by a chance if the data will fit onto that or is it to small? Update: Just ran the update_all script. its just a couple of gigabytes :)

Thank you for showing me that you can actually go full TATE mode with the MiSTer. Might have just saved me a ton of money I was going to spend on a vertical barcade build using a front end from Arcade Punks. Do all of the vertical shooters and games of the vertical ilk have the ability to be rotated and does your Do Don Pachi save to the way of playing for future runs or do you have to rotate each time? Thanks!

Does the core manager script no longer work as it doesn't find them. Is this the successor?

This seems incredibly complicated. Is there a website that explains this?? I have trouble following these videos.

I’m so paranoid about the legality of the ROMs that I’ve been forcing myself to download them separately using a VPN and avoiding this script. Maybe I shouldn’t worry, as it’s taken a long time and I’m nowhere near done haha
