Escape from Tarkov Stim Guide: Which Stim Will Give You an Edge in Your Raids?

As of right now, there is a bug with Elite Skills. If you have Max Strength for example, and you use a stim that increases strength, you will loose your elite perks for the duration of the stim. BSG has acknowledge the bug, and fingers crossed it'll be patched in the next patch.

This is super helpful im jsut starting to use stims more now and this is great guidance

I use Adrenaline as a quick heal after a fight. +4hp/sec for 15 seconds gets me back up in no time. Especially useful if I'm recovering from a heavy bleed.

Obdolbos-2 saved my life one raid- it was like 4 minutes left in the raid, a scav player messed me up after I ran out of ammo and had to switch to my secondary. I was out of food, out of water, ammo, and meds having just finished my kits on stopping the last two bleeds. My head was on like 4 hp my chest was on like 25, I was pretty much dead anyway. I safety'd the Obdolbos-2 earlier in the raid and decided to pop it, the regen and stam recovery along with the endurance/strength got me out of the raid alive where I would've been dead. It's basically like your final chance- 80% damage taken when you're already basically dead doesn't really mean much to you at that point

could the health increase stims counter for the ob2 health reduction?

Personally I carry 3 propitals, etg, mule, sj6 and a zagustin. Props get used regularly and the etg is always my last resort and has saved my ass many times. Awesome video with a lot of great information

BSG could easily remove half of all the stims without changing the game at all. Same goes for all the ammo types. There's just too many.

As a chicken shit with anxiety and gear fear, your videos are an excellent way to educate myself about Tarkov and still have a perfectly valid excuse why I'm not dropping into a raid.

This guide is kind of representative of what most players will use in tarkov .13 and there are a couple of mistakes. First I stopped running a M.U.L.E stim completely and instead use obdolbos 2 for those moments when I'm super overweight. Even at 60kg ill fly out of raids with a full backpack using the obdolbos 2 stim, whereas if I were to use the mule it would take me much much longer. the only downside to the obdolbos 2 stim is that you take a lot more damage with it, but IMO that is much better than having to stay in the raid 5-10 minutes longer overweight on a mule stim. Second, NOBODY is running the SJ12 stim. In my opinion that stim is one of the best in the game and its saved my life many times. I often pop an SJ12 in conjunction with the obdolbos 2 to help me hear at a greater distance while running out of raid and as a bonus I'm slightly harder to see on thermals. Just the other day I was on my way to extract from a raid with a full bag when a player running a thermal started to shoot at me however since I popped the sj12 and obdolbos 2 I was out of his thermal range within seconds. If I popped a mule i would have been out of stamina quickly and would have likely gotten tapped while waiting for my stamina to go back up.

Meldonin with Propital is the best plus a rat cola.

You should've mentioned that Metabolism decreases the duration of negative effect of stims by 50% (at max) stacking additively with Immunity which has the same effect. Because of this many of these negative effects are not as bad as they seem.
