RTX 3060 vs RTX 4060 vs RTX 3070 vs RTX 4070 - Test in 12 Games

bro can you test it with PUBG

I currently am limited to a 5600X (won't be upgrading until at least AM6 due to money issues) and am looking to get a 4070 to replace my 3060. The following games are what I play:

CPU-Heavy:
-- Star Citizen (Mainly due to Poor Optimization.)
-- Final Fantasy XIV
-- Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis

GPU-Heavy:
-- PC JRPGs like Tales of Arise, Dragon Quest XI, etc.
-- Starfield (Upcoming)

I was wondering if I should do the upgrade. I also don't plan to Overclock or use Ray Tracing. This will also be on 1440p.

Whoa the 3070 is laying waste to the entire field for price to performance. If the 4070 were say, $400 or even $450 they would be flying off the shelves and dominating but nope... Nvidia making their money off the AI peeps right now so they don't really care I guess.
