Why aren't you capping at 90fps? The game lags more the harder your PC works, and all it's doing is generating needless extra stuff that makes no difference to gameplay. And no, your eyes cannot see the difference between 60 and 90. It's an input thing, and doesn't matter at all past 100fps.
