The amount of garbage coming from the BBC is insane. I'm not British but I used to watch BBC programs almost daily, but there's almost nothing worth watching anymore. At some point the people running the BBC decided it need to talk down to the masses, point fingers and blame the viewers for everything that's wrong in the world and teach what's right and what's wrong. But guess what, I don't need to waste my time watching this garbage. I watch TV to be entertained, not to be lectured. Stop focusing so much on VISUAL diversity, it doesn't add anything of value to your programs. Not discriminating doesn't mean every color of the rainbow NEEDS to represented 100% of the time. By focusing so much on it you're losing focus of what's really important.

I don’t agree with everything mentioned in the video, but if these kids are aware that there is a difference in earnings between genders, and they know that it isn’t fair, then why can’t we take that as the main point of what they are saying? Why do we continue to focus on picking out negatives and criticising them? They are only young, and do you think that there parents aren’t doing enough for them?
