I've been reframing life as if I'm 80 years old with a time machine and I get to come back and re-experience the present moment for the second time. All the bullshit falls away and only the joy of experiencing this amazing life remains.

I stopped doing "adventures" bc it was really overwhelming thanks to my anxiety. I feel like an old person, where everything is sooo stressful and exhausting.

After watching your videos and participating in the high vibe course i realized that I've been living in the same comfort zone for over a decade.
Even when I was living with my now ex-fiance i was doing the same bullshit as I am now living alone. I think it's that part of me that doesn't believe I deserve success that keeps me stuck career-wise and in the same shitty relationships.
