UITextField Programmatically in Swift 5

How do i store the name in a variable with this particular set of code?

Thank you very much for uploading this video. I've been give a task to incorporate some UIKit controllers into SwiftUI project, but previously I've been doing UIKit on Storyboards only, so had very little idea how to add views and constraints programmatically) This was a great help!
