How to Schedule a Meeting | Microsoft Teams Essentials

Thank you. May I ask a question. A team at work(boa works email) scheduled a face to face meeting in teams. I forwarded this to my non works email. Since scheduling they changed it from a face to face to virtual however when they did this the new virtual meeting Cc my non works email. I was informed when I forward the original meeting to my non works email it saved the non works email. Is this how it works or would someone physically have to Cc to my non works email ? Many thanks

I have scheduled an open meeting to my clients to be held in 2 weeks. Every day I receive more RSVPs which I add to the attendees list by using the edit function on the Teams calendar. Unfortunately when I click on Send Update, all of the attendees are receiving advice of the meeting, but only want the newly added people to receive the advice. I don't have an option to just send the update to the newly added. Am I adding additional attendees in the incorrect way? Anny help would be appreciated.
