I think I have the chemistry right. If any chemists are watching correct me if I'm wrong. The calcium compounds are converted to calcium oxide in the second firing, turn to calcium hydroxide in the water and then set to calcium carbonate in the air. There maybe a pozzolanic effect due to the alumina and silica in the ash too. The end product is a cube made only from wood ash (fired twice) and crushed pottery. It sets hard after 3 days and will not dissolve in water even when fully submerged for 24 hours. Thanks.
ОтветитьWhatcha got for a refractory cement? Something that can handle forging heat? 2,000°F or a bit more.
ОтветитьThis method was mentioned in the Holy Quran 1400 years ago
ОтветитьAre you making calcium or potassium hydroxide?
ОтветитьHow i obtain the oragen thing in nature?
ОтветитьSTEP 1: Burn as much dry debree of the hardest wood possible in firepit over 1000 degrees
STEP 2: Mix ash with water to make ash bricks or ash balls
STEP 3: Place Ash Bricks or balls into hot fire over 1000 degrees
STEP 4: Place Deep Clay Bricks from ground into hot fire over 1000 degrees to make clay hard bricks
STEP 5: crush both fired clay bricks and fired ash brucks/balls and mix then together while slowly adding water until you make a solid stone like brick and let dry for 3 days
STEP 6: Place Stone like Brick into 1000 dgree fire again to harden even more
STEP 7: Place fired stone brick ( fired clay and fired ash combined ) into water and make sure it does not fall apart. Success if it does not. Now you can use it for making house 😊
Can you use linestone instead of
Eggshells/clamshells/snailhousings?
You need a gooood quantity to even use this cement/roman concrete to wven built a stone wall
So it would be good to know a easier source
Hola te puedo enseñar algo más fácil

ОтветитьThank you for being simple and to the point
ОтветитьWhat kind of tock are you crushing??
ОтветитьIt'd be cool to see you make some sort of clay brick/cement pathways to connect some of your main areas you traverse/ areas you live

ОтветитьYou need 30 million sub's for this❤❤❤❤!
ОтветитьWhat is this, can you clarify
ОтветитьGeopolymer concrete is the term you are looking for i believe, take that historians who didn’t read exodus.
ОтветитьFlyash(potassium bicarbonate) + previously fired termite clay pots= paperweight
ОтветитьKHCO3
ОтветитьNeed an art teacher much? The term you are looking for geopolymer concrete. You’re welcome
ОтветитьNah man, terracotta or previously fired clay, potassium bicarbonate from the fly ash. KNOH^2

ОтветитьSo questions:
1. How many parts ashes to how many parts terracotta powder?
2. Can brick powder also be used?
2.5. If so would it be better replacing the terracotta or be with it?
He is right I am from Pakistan and when I see 👀 British architect here they used Wood ashes in walls etc so finally I sure that it is really work
