ОтветитьHallo Chris, when I am @Only authenticated meeting participants and webinar attendees can join meetings and webinars, I get only one optuon (sign in to zoom), no registration option. Although, my account is a paid account. Can you assest?

ОтветитьHi Chris, I still have 2 questions:
1. If the option "Allow registrants to join from multiple devices" is disabled, then I assume that a participation link can not be used by more than one person at a time. So there could not be multiple users joining with the same link (the same email address) and the case is solved.
2. I try to figure out how to validate the registered users with a list of allowed users. This is difficult to be done manually, one by one. Do you think that importing a csv list of registrants may solve this issue? I mean, importing a list would send the registration link to those email addresses and it means that only those users may participate (in combination with disabling "Allow registrants to join from multiple devices"). Is it a good solution to make sure that only a list of emails are allowed for registration and participation?

Or only those who receive the link can connect with the same email account of the link?
I have a paid account, I set up a registration required meeting, and after everybody registered with an email address and a unique question, they are still asked to sign in or via the link, but I didn`t enable the "Require authentication to join" function.
Could anyone tell me why and how to solve it?
And also, when they registered with an email and unique a question, I would expect them to sign in with those two matching questions but seems they don`t have any connection. Why can`t they just join with the right email address, the right passcode, and the right unique question?

ОтветитьGood day Chris, so when I went into the Admin settings and turned on the "only authenticated meeting..." all I see is Sign into Zoom by default. when I go to schedule a meeting there's no option to select from . what does this mean?
ОтветитьIf the email can be forwarded and the person who gets the forwarded email can just register for the meeting, what has been accomplished? You have someone you may not want there able to attend. I enjoy the video.
