Windows Temporary Files – Everything you want to know

I was cleaning up my computer and got to the temp files and discovered malware. I'm not sure but the extension reminds me of one connected to my bank account that hit me for a total of $150.00. (Twunk001.MTX )

How do you access the Disk Clean Up Utility????

I’ve tried disk clean up and it will not touch what’s in C:/windows/temp at all. If it’s safe to delete them why won’t it give me the option under disc cleanup

how do i remove my downloads folder from my temp folder because every time i have to clean up my tmp folder using my disk cleanup it shows me an authorization message to delete it and i have to press skip everytime.

is it safe to delet?
