Actually the latency you have on 4K with Fluid Motion is good. On my 6800 XT will be like 29-31ms or even more.

For me since years it was clear how frame generation works in TVs. Generating frames between existing frame material (24p/50/60p). But how that works now for rendering??

Do you think software technologies such as upscaling and frame generation are killing game optimisation? I think they are because developers are becoming more dependent on them and have said the game is intended to run with upscaling. Which is another way of saying that the game is optimised like total shit. Especially if there isn't much scalability, such as going from ultra to high or medium doesn't give a large increase in performance, or going from high to ultra doesn't offer a notable increase in visual quality.
