Completely unrelated. I love how all you reviewers have those stupid e-bikes and you ride em like they are motorcycles but you don’t use ANY motorcycle gear. One day your gonna have a BAD learning experience in safety. Js. It’s not a motorcycle so either stay off the road or wear the proper gear. But hey it’ll be content for ya right?

I wanted to know if with the piece detached from the video camera you could see what you are filming with the wifi connection. If you can't do it wouldn't it have been great if you could do it?? Have some kind of external monitor to see what is being filmed!!! Can they do it with an update or is it impossible because it's just a hardware issue??

The lack of being able to use filters is the deal killer. Filters allows me to dial in the iso and shutter speeds I want.

Smallrig has a magnetic base with a USB C pport for charging or external Mic, Im sure you know this by now.

Worst camera. It over heat and now my lower module is broke for now reason so I can't charge the top. I'm piss.

Does anyone know if it is possible to record Portrait mode (sideways), but not hold the camera sideways. Want to use it for kitesurfing in a mounth mount, but can only see ways to mount the camera landscape mode which would mean it records in landscape mode. Want Portrait for viewing on phones...

Hey I finally found a usb type c microphone that works great with the osmo action it’s called the camisa usb type c mic, I ripped the rubber piece that secures the mic to the phone and it fits and works great

Thanks for this great info! Very helpful. I might have misunderstood, but did you say that you can only have horizon lock at 2K and 30 frames per second? Is that the highest resolution you can have with horizon lock on?

The Camera itself and quality is really good……BUT
It FELL OFF from the magnetic Lanyard from just moderate activity of riding a bicycle.
And with such incredible luck… it FELL exactly when I was crossing a small wooden bridge and right into the river water 😭😭😭
So, now I still have the front camera module and all the other accessories. So should I sell those parts or maybe wait for a sale and get another…. Unfortunately, they don’t just sell the camera unit itself. Also, I am not sure if I have the confident in it anymore.
It branded as an action camera and the magnetic lanyard function was one of the driving feature which attracted me for the purchase.

If it cannot handle the role of an action camera, they should put a big disclaimer saying the magnetic lanyard CAN ONLY BE USE for slowly walking and have a high chance of falling off with activities!! So I am pretty about that and how DJI advertise it as an action camera and with footage of its use with the lanyard being able to handle rigorous activities.

Anyway, perhaps I should just sell the Dual Screen module and get a GoPro instead.

As I said early on, the camera quality is very good but don’t rely on it as an action camera. DJI should take out that lanyard magnetic option to help others avoid the loss that I experienced with just moderate activities.

DJI pocket 2 has better video quality

where did you get that tiny tripod from? can't find it anywhere on dji's site

a flotaty would be cool, that covers the hole camera ,for example wakeboarding when u do hard hits in water the helmet mounts can easly brake and then ur cam is gone

So when you use the lanyard under your shirt and clip on the camera, the way you show it and the kid with the blue T-shirt, the camera is upside down, for 2.7k footage, that would work cause you can set it to stay horizontal, but what about when your recording in 4K ?, you would have to change it 180 degrees when editing. Am I missing something ? Or does it automatically reverse when you turn the camera 180 degrees ?
