You completely ignore all the very poor ratings that customers have reported on trust pilot, most scoring the lowest possible 1 out of 5, and most saying their Doogee phones have broken in a short space of time. Therefore strongly indicating the build quality is very poor !

Looking at this phone to replace my nothing phone 1 as I'm a busy mechanic and don't think the nothing can take much more. Will I be disappointed and regret it as far as the performance and specs.

they did not honor the warranty had this phone three months in the speaker stop working support told me they'd get me $30 off a new phone I will never buy a phone from these guys again

Where is the real test of the night vision camera which is the most unique feature?

Be careful Doogee recently got their hands on some cheap nand flash, many models are randomly doing Factory Resets as Android gets corrupted. Doogee will not refund.

If you record a video...can you switch the camera from rear to front while recording?

I have this phone and it's absolutely terrible. First accidental drop shattered 25% of the screen. The texting is terrible; i almost always press a wrong letter. The camera is very bad and discolored. The night vision is practically no good and only takes photo's during night vision mode. The audio during call's is bad. And the outer rubber covering wears out over time.

i bought this phone the wireless charging broke in the first week. The screen started developing lines about 4 weeks in. The camera was half decent but no real optical image stabilisation to speak of. Its just a expensive brick now. That no longer works.

Good luck with Doogee phones. I bought 2 S97 Pro phones. $400+ TRASH. One the screen cracked after falling out of my pockets on gravel. The other's speaker blew out from the sound enhancement software. THESE pretender rugged phones are a FK'N JOKE! 🙄😅

Screen looks as vulnerable as on any other non rugged phone and updates will be patchy at best. Waste of time and money.

I bought my v20 on Ebay for $335. The 2-year protection was $45.

I've been using doogee phone, and I can say that's the worst phone I ever had. Top of the shit. Problem with charging, problem with software, phone freeze for 4-6sec every time I tried to unlock that crap phone. Problem with using screen, NFC died, finger print sensor have to be set up again after few uses. Don't be a tester, as I was, and choose something else, not that crap phone.

Well if you would have left the screen protector on like they had installed and gave you an extra one that's part of the whole protection idea everyone knows that gorilla glass is going to break I don't care how rugged the case of the phone is if you don't have some sort of screen protector on it it will break and that's why they installed one so that's more your fault than theirs for the screen breaking

I really don't understand rugged phones still having the hole punch camera despite having bezels...

Now is 5th August but this phone still looked premium. The second rugged with Amoled screen so far (after Blackview 9600) and i don't find our any other rugged phone with amoled screen apart from this Doogee V20 and Blackview 9600 but with extra mini screen on the back. The only con just its display brightness. It is just remain at 500 brightness nit maximum. . This is outdoor smartphone, the manufacturer must do something about it.
