At what point in the reverification process do I have to declare my seller status, such as either an individual or sole proprietor? I will be selling as sole proprietor.

Uploaded passport and bank statement. Video verification done . All good . 30min later received mail that they can’t verify my bank statement. Uploaded new statement again same issue. Now verification page showing unable to verify documents. It was a new NatWest account with couple of transactions.
Can I create a new seller account with same company name . Do I need to create new bank account or continue with NatWest

Hello. I have a serious problem. Amazon has completely banned my seller account from my LLC, as soon as I created it. All because of problems verifying the address when I had already given them everything.

How can I start selling if I am completely banned?

Can't I go back to being the owner of an LLC or the contact person for an amazon seller account?

If I create a new LLC in my name with myself as the contact person, will the account be blocked?

If I create a new LLC in the name of a friend, and I put him as the main contact person, (using a different device, IP address , etc..), how do I justify later to the IRS or to the Treasury of my Country (Spain) that the LLC and its income is really mine?

If I create the LLC and seller central in the name of a friend, and when everything is in order with amazon, we formalize the change of ownership of the LLC without notifying Amazon, ¿would Amazon have any way of knowing?

Our prime account is registered under my Husbands name, we have different last names. I registered for Amazon FBA with my name. And now I have an identity verification video pending. Will I be approved? If not, can I reapply to the same Prime account / FBA under his name?
