Found another way to get to the other island no swimming bridge walking or trying to jump fences, Get a car a motorcycle and head to the airport when you get there the road to the right along the fence there is a construction site to the right of a T junction go to the top of the dirt mound and look down , you'll see a pipe in the ground, you need to jump on the pipe at the back of it if you do it right you will see the Welcome To Vice City logo and come out on the Golf Course if you didn't you will still be there and wobble . It may take you a bunch of attempts but it does work .
Once you get there check your map and head for the foot bridge cross the bridge jump over the side and your at the golf course now head for the city !!

W Game

When wandering around on Ocean Beach, especially near the Ocean View Hotel, sometimes you can hear a low rumbling sound (in PS2 version). Any ideas on what this would be?

VCS was my favourite game of all time...although it's underrated. It actually a great and overwhelming game IMO

my first psp game was vcs i had a good time playing it for 1 year. and just when I finally ruled the whole map my dumbass 9yr old self reformatted my psp's sd card deleting my progress on nfs mw and many other games.

In my mind, Vice City Stories was the best. It was so underrated it’s criminal and I believe it was held back by it’s time period/setting. Everything was beautiful, but I think San Andreas was better received largely due to the fact that hip hop is so relevant nowadays whereas rock and metal aren’t as commonplace anymore. The radio stations play a way bigger role in how much the game can be enjoyed than most people realize and San Andreas had old school hip hop take a more dominant position, while Vice City was more so centered around V-Rock and that 80’s metal theme. The original Vice City didn’t have swimming incorporated either, VCS did and the Vice City titles were prettier games with flashier cars and cooler characters to me, but the lack of hip hop held it back for the rest of America I think...

Surprise, you did tell me some stuff I didn't know. Namely the easter eggs and the bike across the bridge. (I'd use perfect handling and jump the railing in a Cheetah from the mansion greens. Lol)
