Only issue you have with the laws you're quoting is that those laws are for "Consumer" Reports, not "Credit" Reports.

Dave you are THE MAN. I did exactly what you said to the letter and filed with the CFPB and boy did the credit gaints JUMP. Now my question is Equifax Credit Bureau claimed to have deleted over 18 hard inquiries off my credit report. But Credit Karma still have them listed. How do I get CK to update their files?
