You're correct that Redux Toolkit simplifies many aspects of Redux, but when it comes to handling multiple reducers, you still need to use combineReducers to create a single root reducer. Redux Toolkit does not change this fundamental concept of Redux.

When you have only one reducer, it might work without combineReducers, but as your application grows and you add more reducers, you'll need to combine them. It's a good practice to set up your store correctly from the beginning, even if you only have one reducer initially.

By using combineReducers, you're creating a clear structure for your state, making it easier to manage and understand as your application grows.
