ОтветитьHey everyone, one thing I love to believe is that hip dips are the indents of we’re you were hugged as a child (you know how people hug baby’s at their hips when you lift them in the air) by either your loved ones or if you are religious by your god. Yes Ik they are because of your natural bone structure, but I love spreading some positive stories for people who find it easier to rely on cute stories instead of building up self love from scratch. Loving yourself (either mentally of physically) takes time and energy, so if I can help a little I’d love to.

ОтветитьDo more squats with weight and focus your exercise for your glutes, this exercises will just digging more hole on hip dips.. that is based on my experience and what i learnt until now

ОтветитьFor those of you saying its bone structure. You're wrong. There have been women who littlerally have no booty get like this and its because women are just naturally curvy people and sometimes some of us have to work a little harder for those curves to shine. So yes, everyone can get a defined booty. Its just different for all of us. Also a booty dosent just come from working out, you need to eat lots of nutrients and protein because ur booty is littlerally made out of meat AND fats.

ОтветитьY'all.. 🤦🏽♀️ hip dips are due to your bone structure. everyone has it and you can't get rid of that. Instead, work on those muscles and EAT more protein. and you have to stay consistent. it will take 4 months to a year to see a change. take pictures to track your progress
