ОтветитьPlot purchase ke liye hamne token money diya, dealer se ye agreement tha ki within 30 days agar cancellation hota hai, to full refund karenge. 3 dine mein hamne cancel kiya, par dealer refund nahi kar raha, karta hun bol ke taal deta hai. Kya ham koi legal action le sakte hain?

1. How can we find out if the Builder is RERA Registered?
2. From where can we get the information to ensure that the Builder is not a GST defaulter?
3. From where can we get the information to ensure that the Builder has cleared the loan against the flat?
4. Who will provide us the Chain of documents: 1st allotment, etc.?
5. How will we ensure that the Map of the Flat has been approved by Government authorities?
6. From where can we check the Fire Department Approval, Pollution Control Board approval, Completion Certificate, Occupancy Certificate?
7. With whom do we need to check to ensure that the Builder has paid the 1 time lease payment of the flat?
