ОтветитьWhat's exactly his mistake
ОтветитьDang. Bro over inspiring me
Ответитьlove the video but i wish fitness channel would be more understanding to those on a budget. Like every fitness channels ive seen tries to sell their workout guides for a price that most beginners / college students just cant' afford. Being still in debt from college and not having a great paying job yet i wish more fitness channels offered free advice versus trying to use their subscribers to make easy bucks. It's understandable because they gotta make a living too but i've seen some fitness influences offers free workout guides and advice and instead made money on the side off their merchandises and t shirts instead,.
ОтветитьBodyweight pls 😢
ОтветитьI gonna ask your girlfriend if this story is true and where is she?
Ответитьso my point of view:
0) your body was already in a very good shape it was lean, low bodyfat and looked healthy and ahtletic, previous strains of your childhoods already damaged your joints
1) you got malnurished while losing bodyfat out of shame that you werent build like a tank + also lost muscle because you didnt eat any healthy proteins
2) than you slowly understood nutrition and watched young men using steroids and wondered why they were making such rapid progress
3) your confidence and self-worth was not only based on your body, you fell into the trap of looking at people that made a lot of money/status/had easy upbringings, which dont matter, probably you also saw some very handsome men like brad pitt and asked yourself why your facial features arent that perfect, further hitting on your self-worth and confidence
4) you already had a girlfriend to create a loving family and just needed to get a good job to provide and work on the relationship, if you ask me, but I guess thats not enough for some
5) than you suddenly started gaining more and more muscle but your body fat also increased from gaining weight in form of carbohydrates, at this point you are just adding more muscle than needed, it strained your hearts/joints again also aging you faster and giving you heavy injuries
6) In the end you realised that you already had it all togheter from which 80% of men dream of, also good genetics, so all you had to do is lower your body fat, your previous body strains looks like seem to help you let your muscles shine, but werent really worth all that struggle to begin with so your insecurities were purely brainwashed into your mind
Learned nothing from this video besides realizing that you are trying to sell something
ОтветитьI’m in this position right now, I hit all my fitness goals, financial goals etc. and just lost focus. This video has really helped my perspective, great video and thank you!
ОтветитьDid you had wider waist than your chest in your teenage??
Ответитьу меня такая проблема, что я наоборот не могу набрать вес, из-за чего выгляжу как скелет из майнкрафт, имея при этом неплохие силовые показатели
Ответить❤❤❤
Ответитьthis video really reached me, probably the one that has ever reached me this much as i have a lot in common including the fact my idea is cardio, then gym and then flexibility, i also did karate and football but i quit it and yeah ive been going downwards since lying in bed a lot and yeah gonna subscribe now
ОтветитьI have been getting into fitness for the last 2 years, because I realised what I lost thanks to lockdowns. When they started, I was 16 and around 175-185lbs. I could rep out 14-16 pullups easily, run without being winded and the best part is that I was completely untrained, too. I went from 3 pullup max to 16PR in just 3 weeks of training them once a week. I was a HYPER responder to this stuff. I was walking an average of 4 hours a day, and would occasionally walk upwards of 8 hours in a single day. I was really fit for someone that was trying to be.
When everything closed, I became withdrawn, sedentary and kind of a mess. I lost my confidence, gained a bunch of weight, and lost my strength. Just this november, I hit 240lbs and told myself it was a "bulk" (bs). I was just going down the drain. I remember a friend invited me to go for a walk to the local lake, which is only about a 3 hour walk back in 2021, and the day after the walk, my legs felt so heavy that I basically couldn't move. I had lost so much strength in my legs that walking was enough to give a hypertrophic response 💀
I managed to cut back down to 205lbs in just 60 days, and I am gearing up to shred another 20lbs. I am definitely stronger than I was, and I have the muscle to prove it. Once I get down to 190lbs, I should be sitting at around 10-15%BF, which is a mark I haven't hit since I was 15 (now 21). I work out nearly every day, eat clean (mostly carnivore), hit 230g protein every day and am feeling great. Still can't do more than 5 pullups, but I think that's mostly because I haven't been focusing lats much, tbh. Should probably get on that...
Im currently a truck driver, Its videos like this that makes me go harder through my February challenge, big respects to you bro keep pushing.
Ответить"Time to move out" cake is fucking crazy
ОтветитьGreat video, very inspirational. 19 year old skinny guy (69kg at 185cm) who has been trying to gain weight the last 2 years and is still stuck. But i got from 63 kg to 69kg
ОтветитьHow much stay state cardio were you able to do without it effecting gains? I love running but need to put on muscle.
ОтветитьDude this video is amazing! Thanks for sharing
ОтветитьIncredible video!
ОтветитьDude didn't realize he was hot from the start. But great video!
ОтветитьThank you Josh. This was definitely a video that I needed to watch. I'm working hard myself trying to change my body but I need to remind myself that I'm doing it for me and not for external validation. I hope this video reaches a wider audience. You got yourself another subsciber mate.
ОтветитьThe world needs more content like yours
ОтветитьYou're a pretty cool guy. Your ability to self reflect, digest the reflections objectively and organise them for others growth is impressive and very honourable.
ОтветитьFinally found someone else who had osgood shlatters as a kid
ОтветитьThank you, Josh.
ОтветитьIt's not that hard guys... just respect yourselves and stop thinking you can do something you despise for the rest of your life.
ОтветитьYou are an idiot, I must admit. But amazing gains nontheless.
ОтветитьYada yada yada
Ответитьfunny thing is, u just need to think u look good to get that confidence. don't necessarily have to look good. lol it's all in the mind. but of course it's much better to actually look good and be healthy.
ОтветитьYou still looked good even in the fat bulk stage. Some people just have nice faces and good body frames I guess.
Ответитьmen will do literary anything instead of going to therapy
