How to Shoot on 35mm Film Cameras

How are we feeling about Sunday AND Wednesday uploads!? This wednesday will be an interview with one of favorite photographers ;)

I really need help.. I have a Petri MF102. And I've never really used anything other than the camera on my phone.


I don't understand anything. I don't know what any of the numbers mean, and I also don't understand the apps.

I'm going on a trip in less than a week, and I really hoped I would be able to use it 😞

I've got a very high-tech 35 mm camera which I've had a long time and I thought about getting some film for it and start taking more pictures that is until I saw the price at current film today!!!!! So im afraid it's back to the old digital!! There's no way I'm paying £17 sterling for a roll of film with 36 shots on it! Sad

I love photography and have been doing it on my phone, but I really want a camera! idk ANYTHING about cameras. what I love about taking photos on my phone is that I can adjust the zoom, the focus, I can edit the saturation, exposure, contrast until I create a photo that has the feel I want it to have. can this also be done on camera? and woukd it be better for a beginner to use a point and shoot or SLR?. sorry if this sounds ignorant I really know nothing of cameras 💔

Are you be able to swap rolls of film mid-shot? like if I took 5 shots of ISO 200 would I be able to take it out and put in a roll of ISO 800 without damaging the ISO 200?

Im a digital photographer and this weekend I'm buying my first film camera and I'm so excited to shoot my first analog photos. I'm a little bit tired of only business shoots so I will try my best to have fun and enjoy the process with film. Thank you for this video!!!

This was perfect my man, I just got my first film camera (a Sears KSX-P and a Kodak Brownie Hawkeye) I got them from an estate sale for $15.00 altoghether. I really needed this because I couldnt find any videos at all about this camera

Found a 50s German King Regular L that my dad got me in the 90s- I was a teenager and wanted something modern at the time so never used it. Found it recently and can’t wait to get using it…. and just hope when I tell him thanks that he doesn’t think I’m an ungrateful prick for waiting 25-30 years 😄

Yeah, I can do it, develope some Black and White at home Use the changing bag and those little round things you wound the film into and pour the chemicals into. Hang up the strips to dry. Find someone to scan the good negatives. Sounds like fun. Seriously.

My cannon A-1 doesn't make that sound when fired. Does the camrea have to make the squeaking sound in order to work?
