Shocking moment a teenager sprays 'acid' in a boy's face in London

The shocking attack by Donnell Wilkins, 18, in Kingston, South West London, was captured on CCTV and it left his victim needing hospital treatment for burns to his eye and cheek. The footage shows Wilkins holding the bottle with both hands before he squeezes it into the other boy's face. He is then punched by another man who was also involved in the dispute. Officers recognised Wilkins from chilling CCTV of the incident, which subsequently led to his arrest by detectives. Wilkins was jailed for six years at Kingston Crown Court after being found guilty of 'throwing upon another person a corrosive substance with intent to burn, maim, disfigure, disable or commit GBH'.

The Times quotes a local resident as saying “Residents are worried it’s a random chap throwing acid but it’s not and they have no need to be worried. She was a resident at the hotel. The hotel is full of Afghan refugees from a load of different boroughs.” Nuff said.
