Fury was extremely overrated, and I say this because he and his team (.. and his fanboys) have been claiming for years that he's not just the best of this generation but the greatest boxer of all time(!!)
Meanwhile Fury avoided facing Usyk and Joshua, all while accusing them of dodging him ( = he lied). Instead, he fought much easier fights against Chisora and Ngannou. Essentially, Fury wanted the accolades without putting in the hard work, he wanted a shortcut to glory.
The fact that he claimed to be the greatest of all time with only six title fights on his resume is absolutely pathetic, especially for someone who presents himself as some kind of a boxing historian. By calling himself the GOAT Fury disrespected true legends like Ali, Foreman, Tyson, and Lewis.
