ОтветитьGreat class for runners. I really like the focus on meaningful moves and poses without getting too “namaste” on us. Would like to see more from Elena for running and other outdoor sports.

ОтветитьOmg I’ve dealt with injured hip flexors from running for three months now which caused a lot of tightness and pain in my lower back and hips. This finally gave me relief. My lower back feels amazing!

Please keep up the good work, I hope to see some standing and balance poses in the near future as I consider them a great reality check for my body health any time I practice them. Ответитьloved the hip rotation left to right in the half split/runner's pose. made me realize how tight some sides of my hamstrings are, and helped loosen them!

ОтветитьJust in time. I was going to do a search for yoga for runners. I have been running for years and recently my lower back started hurting after a run. This should help, but I would appreciate if you post more lower back yoga exercises.
