ОтветитьHello, I am only 59 but have severe feet pain so I have not been doing much work outs at all the last couple of weeks so decided to try your chair work out. It is right now impossible to do standing work outs so glad i found this. It is a bit easy but still it got me moving and thank you
ОтветитьMike I am 66 years old. I really like you're seated chair exercise. Is there any order of exercises that would benefit seniors wanting to change to a slightly harder workout let's say after one month at one level. Bike advancing from beginner to intermediate etc. Scott H

ОтветитьReally like doing this chair routine, Mike. I am a senior and also have sciatica; it allows me to get my exercise. I've noticed You go outside the box and do things for the mind which is terrific....good luck and keep the videos coming.

ОтветитьExcellent Mike, am a total gym user who had extensive bunion surgery 2 weeks ago and seated exercise is all I can do now. Even some of those I need to be very light on that foot. Very helpfu!

ОтветитьMy favorite sitting chair video has been removed from Rocky Mountain Pace. This physiotherapist has an irritating voice. I miss the Rocky Mountain video which has music . I want a simple warmup exerecise before doing yoga.
