How to file Dormant Accounts for Limited Company?

I filled the accounts and submit director for 2 year in 10 years (rest is dormant accounts fill up myself) but now there is no trading from last 2 years. When I am going for dormant accounts then it asked for previous period share capital and cash at bank. I did not trade anything for last year but traded previous period (2020- 2021) and shows loss but there is no trading from Dec 2021 onwards. What will you suggest on this to fill in previous period share capital and cash?

Hello, I am completing the dormant company account as I opened it over a year ago and have never traded or done anything with it. The part I’m unsure about is the shares and the value of them. Do I automatically own 1 share as soon as i opened it or shall I put 0 shares and value £0?

My self Daniel ,I trading one of company around 500 pounds after 7 days my investments go to 20000
That company get mailed to me you need create imt code pay for 2000 pound after 6 days I paid then they send mail to me you need to pay withdrawals amount 2500 then you will get your profit after couple of days the sent the mail to me your ac was dormant kindly pay for 4000 it will be refunded after getting your profits this true or fake can I pay for them already I lose 5000 pounds I get credit from friends and family my current situation was mentally very disappointed kindly advise me

hi sir i have a question. while filing dormant account. there is a option (date of approval of account) which date should be written.
my date of balance sheet is 31/05/2022 but my company was approved on 26/05/2021.

Very useful, mostly people think if they leave the company as it is they don't have to do anything towards it
