How to fix vertical bands, lines, or streaks in copies or scans on your HP printer| HP Support

What if you only get a single black line appearing when you use the paper feeder to make a copy. When i use the glass there are no print issues. I have followed all the cleaning tool instructions and it has not fixed?

Hi! Awful magenta streaking all down the right side of all 8.5x11 pages printed on my LaserJet Pro MFP M477fdw. I’ve watched numerous videos to no avail. How do I fix this, @HPSupport?

Neither step had any effect on streaks in scans on my HP inkjet.

Good thing HP is here to teach us how to clean the glass on the copy machine. Afterall, none of us are actually here for a legitimate hardware malfunction.
